He was able to resolve the stubborn toilet clog then complete a long overdue service on 3 tankless water heaters! It was my first experience with this company and I would recommend them!

Friday afternoon, seven gkids in the house Sunday going to have 22 people over for Father's Day. The unit was toast, r22 had to be replaced. They shoot you a text when they are headed to the property with a picture of the tech which I think is awesome. The biggest difference between them and the other company was the price. RS Andrew’s quoted me almost 800 dollars less than the other company and have a better reputation than that company too. I was pleasantly surprised. I appreciate you all. Thanks

Jason is awesome! Replaced two water heaters. One was an 80 gallon heater and it was in the attic, accessible only via folding staircase! Getting it in/out was a big deal. No complaints from Jason, sweat dripping fast. I might have been able to get it done for a little less money but I couldn’t have gotten it done faster or better. Thumbs-up, Jason.

We've been using RS Andrews for our HVAC servicing for years now. We have a plan where they come out a couple times a year to service, clean, and maintain all of the equipment. They are professional and prompt, and we've had a really good experience with them every time.

Jeramy Bond did an excellent job, which is what we've come to expect from R.S. Andrews' technicians. In addition to performing the usual maintenance services Jeramy investigated and solved a problem we were having with excess humidity in our upstairs rooms.

On vacation when cat sitter called to say we had a water link under the sink. Called for plumber. It is a Sunday. The Person answering the phone very helpful and within an hour we had a plumber on the way to meet the cat sitter. The plumber was very helpful and we got the leak stopped. All done over the phone.

Coming from a different HVAC provider, the transition to RS Andrews was dramatic. No air conditioning on a 98 degree day and a single call resulted in a service call and a FIX within a couple hours. I could get used to this!! Thanks to Michelle and Jeramy for helping us out.

Jason continued to exceed our expectations during this follow-up visit to finish fixing a water leak after the mitigation drying out process. He was at our house at 8:00 am sharp and didn’t stop until after 1:00. We had running water around 10:30 and he wasn’t going to leave until he was confident that all aspects of any water leak were fixed. If I was still working I would hire Jason immediately. Nice guy, seemed a little inexperienced and I found out he’s been doing this work for less than a year. Can’t comment on his performance but, I would have appreciated a more experienced person for the initial review.

Definitely recommend. My a/c went out on a Saturday, they answered the phone right away and were at my home within 2 hours, and worked to fix the issue immediately. Max was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Price was fair. I had to order a new part and it came in within just a couple of business days and they installed it right away. No sales gimmicks.

As happy as I was with everything, I was shocked when the compressor/condensor blew out on the new unit. Quick response, tricky plumbing fix Water has been puddling in the garage for a few days; supposing it might have been condensation, but the door beside began sticking. That wall has plumbing for hot water heater, main shutoff and guest bath. After exploratory gypsum board surgery eliminated prime suspects, wet insulation in wall above water heater suggested leak in very hot attic. About 4 hours total time from call to RS Andrews until job completed (replaced Tee fitting with pinhole leak), including an extra trip for expansion tank.
