Two technicians came, and stayed several hours, until the problem was solved. They even went back to the shop to pick up a replacement garbage disposal, which was leaking!

Five stars for excellent, fast, and honest service! The technician arrived quickly, listened to the issues I was experiencing, and diagnosed the problem right away. He then went above and beyond by saving us even more money—instead of replacing our broken part with the expensive, upgraded version that was originally there (which had features our home didn't need), he installed exactly what our system actually required. He left to get the part and finished the entire job in under two hours. I will absolutely use them again!

What a great team: Paul, Mike, and Elijah. They worked tirelessly from 8am until 7:30 pm to complete the job. I had an old electric water heater removed and a new gas tankless water heater installed. The RS Andrews Van provided a machine shop to tailor and make specific items to fit for my unique house and it's requirements to do the job right. The team was kind and courteous and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.

I noticed carpet by hot water closet was wet. Upon inspection I found hot water tank was leaking. I called RS Andrews and they sent out Paul within two hours to see what he could do. I needed a new hot water tank and as soon as I decided what I wanted Paul started taking out the old tank and installed a new one. I couldn't believe he was able to replace the tank the same day as it was a Friday. My family and I are so grateful Paul was able to get everything replaced the same day! He quickly diagnosed a complex failure across two existing tankless water heaters and seamlessly handled their removal and replacement. His approach was highly professional; he clearly explained the root cause of the failure, detailed the specifications of the new equipment, and ensured the entire installation met the highest safety and efficiency standards. We would not hesitate to hire Paul Slifkin again and give him our highest recommendation.

He was very professional, provided us with a video, he inspected every inch of the interior of our new line. Henry from RS Andrews was dispatched for the bi annual maintenance at our home. He arrived on time, ready to work. About half way through, he got my attention and proceeded to show me pictures of an issue he found on the trunk coming off the air handler. Not sure why this was not caught on previous maintenance visits. Henry proposed a plan, executed the plan and came back with pictures of his repair work. Bravo to you Henry for not looking past an obvious issue and doing the right thing!

Paul our technition was exrtemely knowledgeable and explained which water heater was best for our needs. And it wasn't the most expensive. We chose the Essency hybird. Highly recommend RS Andrews and ask for Paul if you want true expertise.
