Henry from RS Andrews was dispatched for the bi annual maintenance at our home. He arrived on time, ready to work. About half way through, he got my attention and proceeded to show me pictures of an issue he found on the trunk coming off the air handler. Not sure why this was not caught on previous maintenance visits. Henry proposed a plan, executed the plan and came back with pictures of his repair work. Bravo to you Henry for not looking past an obvious issue and doing the right thing!

Paul our technition was exrtemely knowledgeable and explained which water heater was best for our needs. And it wasn't the most expensive. We chose the Essency hybird. Highly recommend RS Andrews and ask for Paul if you want true expertise.

After completing some diagnostics, he was able to get our HVAC system back in working order and made some additional recommendations to improve the operation. We just had an HVAC maintenance check done by Max and even though our system is quality and only a few years old we found ways to improve it and protect the system against power fluctuations that are relatively common in this area. Service was on time and Max was very polite as well as informative. I believe we are in a better place as a result of this service and look forward to continued work with RS Andrews.

Had a problem with my toilet not flushing. Left message on RS Andrews answering machine on Sunday and got a call from them at 8 am Monday !! They were sending Connor between 10-12!!! I was planning on leaving for a long road trip yesterday morning. While packing the car in the garage at 6 AM I discovered that my 13-year-old water heater had breathed its last breath. I called R.S. Andrews a few minutes after they opened and spoke with a very proficient in professional staffer, who assured me that their plumbing technician would be on site within the hour. Paul arrived 45 minutes later ready to diagnose my problem. Paul was knowledgeable, experienced and extremely professional. I had purchased a new unit and had it installed within four hours of my original phone call. Excellent in every way. Thank you R. S. Andrews for a job extremely well done.

Mike showed up on time, on a weekend call explained what the problem probably was. Worked for a while found that he needed back up got the back he needed fixed my problem. Then took the time to explain about another project I was curious about. Truly professional helped fix my house. Can't say more on how happy I am with the service I received. Update- Paul installed a new gas tankless water heater. This is replacement for my older electric tank water heater. I did not have gas in the house when I requested this he ran the line, and changed the water line routing for the new configuration. He drained the old tank removed it and now I have extra space in my utility closet. He tuned the faucets in the bathroom for the new heater and made sure everything was working great. Truly an expert in his field.

Michael Hutchinson was awesome!! He’s the most patient soul. He installed a new kind of water heater, and this was a first on his own. The installation went great, but when it was time to power it on it did not turn on. He checked and rechecked the hook up. He called for guidance and tried everything he was told . After a while he called the supplier who gave him more things to try. That took an hour or more. The man suggested one more thing to test. This part was faulty. The part was ordered, and Michael easily swapped it out. He went for a long time working on this. He had missed his lunch. He just kept persisting. He never used any profanity. He would just sigh a frustrated breath but kept going. He was a nice guy who didn’t give up. I appreciated his honesty about it being a new type of water heater and his needing advice.

Just had my bi-yearly HVAC checkup by Justin from RS Andrews. I found him to be a very polite, honest and informed technician. I have a system that is getting older so seasonal maintenance is very important to me and my wallet. He advised me of potential problems going forward (not to say that these problems will actually happen), fixed a small gas leak in my furnace and performed proper maintenance procedures on my system to help insure that I will have a comfortable summer. I am a happy camper.

Paul came this morning and replaced our well tank as well as the switch, gage and all the plumbing. He used bronze pipe where required and also added a coupler to make it easy to remove the tank if necessary. Job went great and Paul is a professional that you can count on. Jason from RS Andrews did a phenomenal job installing our sink and dishwasher post-kitchen remodel. He also, during cabinet install a couple of weeks ago, he got the stack for the sink prepared and ready to go. Jason takes his time, truly knows what he is doing, and does not leave before testing every component. He thought to check the dishwasher access panel one more time and was able to find a minor leak. He fixed it and retested the dishwasher before completing the job. I am blown away by his work ethic. The next time I need a plumber, I will be contacting RS Andrews. Thank you!
