Nate was awesome! It was an after hours call. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a few things to try before arriving to see if I could fix it on my own. I wasn’t able to so he came over. He was thorough, although he figured out the issue immediately he still went through and checked everything to make sure it was running correctly. In addition to being knowledgeable he was friendly and kind. Even threw the ball for my dog.

Nate Duncan from RS Andrews did a great job addressing all of the issues with our heat pumps and air handlers. He was very competent and polite, and diagnosed the underlying problem.

Max came to our house today to start our new HVAC "Smiley" maintenance plan. He did a great job assessing and servicing our 3 systems. He did suggest one small thing we needed to do which he was able to address during the visit. Had to install a new 22” high toilet in prep for hip replacement surgery . ( most home’s toilets are 16” or 18” high ) The technician that came to my home to do this work ( Michael ) , was very professional , polite and competent : he did a real good job ! The new toilet cost was $260 , and the cost to remove the old one and install the new one was $430, which seems a bit high ,as the estimate in my head for the cost of the labour & disposal of the removed toilet was $250 -$350. Also , my home is kept very neat & clean . There was a little debris and a borrowed wet towel left on the floor in the bathroom ; so leaving the job site @ least as clean as ya found it , if not cleaner , is a minor suggestion for betterment going forward .

Jeramy came out to our house, diagnosed the HVAC issue, and prepared a tech report for a warranty claim. The warranty claim was submitted and successful.

Great service from Jason-friendly and efficient. He was running late but called to let us know. On inspection he offered us options to fix leaking faucet-replaced by them, replaced with our purchase, or restore original, with price laid out for each option. We went with our own purchase, he waited while we went to the store. Fixed in one day.

I called after hours because of a drip from our upstairs unit. A person called early the next day and scheduled a technician. Max did a great job in repairing our A/C unit upstairs in the attic, cleaning the pan and drip pipe. He was polite and knowledgeable. Your service and tech people are the best!! Jason had us all fixed up in no time. Our plumbing was clogged and it didn’t take them anytime at all to arrive and have us up and running. Everyone I dealt with was so kind and courteous. I can’t thank them enough for such a timely fix. From the time I called to the time they left was only 3 hours. In our area that’s unheard of

When time came to replace our old HVAC, we went back to R.S. Andrews. This time, they recommended a Lennox. It's an amazing 2-stage system, much quieter than our old Amana (which was great for its day). However, being on the bleeding edge of technology (particularly the new refrigerants) has pros and cons. The folks at R.S. Andrews put in heroes' efforts to keep us up and running, including coming back out at 9 pm the same day to deal with a recalcitrant board. And the in the fall, they came back out to adjust an installer setting that was causing an issue with the heater. I do recommend them most highly.

Nate did a great job! Be it a little late, and had a brief hiccup with a new installment payment— but overall, he is updating our record from 1 unit to the correct 2 units they installed this summer. It really is something we’ve asked to be corrected in the past, so we are appreciative that Nate is making this correction for us.

We found the crew that handled our installation of two heat pump units to be very efficient and understanding of our conditions and helped us get the unit installed and running and it is now very comfortable in our home

They were the only service I could find with emergency hours that an actual technician responds, not just an answering service telling you they can't do anything for your emergency. The T & T install team did a fine job as well, and they were really nice guys. We had 2 new high efficiency heat pumps installed: one of which is zoned.
