I had the system checkup today by Clarence. He was great! He explained everything took his time and recapped anything he found that could potentially be a problem. I felt very confident he knew what he was doing. He did not try to sell me anything as my system is 8 years old and I had another company about a year ago tell me I should be looking to replace it soon. I highly recommend RS Andrew’s and if I do need a new system they will be who I call but in the mean time I will be doing all my maintenance and repair business with them.

He then went above and beyond by saving us even more money—instead of replacing our broken part with the expensive, upgraded version that was originally there (which had features our home didn't need), he installed exactly what our system actually required.
