The service was great the price was fair and the technician was a true gentleman 👏

Jason had us all fixed up in no time. Our plumbing was clogged and it didn’t take them anytime at all to arrive and have us up and running. Everyone I dealt with was so kind and courteous. I can’t thank them enough for such a timely fix. From the time I called to the time they left was only 3 hours. In our area that’s unheard of

When time came to replace our old HVAC, we went back to R.S. Andrews. This time, they recommended a Lennox. It's an amazing 2-stage system, much quieter than our old Amana (which was great for its day). However, being on the bleeding edge of technology (particularly the new refrigerants) has pros and cons. The folks at R.S. Andrews put in heroes' efforts to keep us up and running, including coming back out at 9 pm the same day to deal with a recalcitrant board. And the in the fall, they came back out to adjust an installer setting that was causing an issue with the heater. I do recommend them most highly.

He certainly cares about making sure the customer is happy with his service. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC and plumbing needs. Nate did a great job! Be it a little late, and had a brief hiccup with a new installment payment— but overall, he is updating our record from 1 unit to the correct 2 units they installed this summer. It really is something we’ve asked to be corrected in the past, so we are appreciative that Nate is making this correction for us.

We found the crew that handled our installation of two heat pump units to be very efficient and understanding of our conditions and helped us get the unit installed and running and it is now very comfortable in our home

So we have used RS Andrews (and specifically Connor) twice now and have been pleased. They were the only service I could find with emergency hours that an actual technician responds, not just an answering service telling you they can't do anything for your emergency. Also used for hot water tank replacement. Would recommend.

Matthew, our sales rep, was great to deal with. He even came out and personally fixed a thermostat issue we had, while we were away. That was above and beyond the call of duty. The T & T install team did a fine job as well, and they were really nice guys. We had 2 new high efficiency heat pumps installed: one of which is zoned. Justin came yesterday for our maintenance check. What a nice, knowledgeable young man.

Jeremy found where the model of fan engine was and was able to help find the manufacture warranty which saved us money on the price of the part. Getting the air conditioner running help my asthma and sinus issues to get a little better. Once the house cooled down I able to rest.

Friday afternoon, seven gkids in the house Sunday going to have 22 people over for Father's Day. The unit was toast, r22 had to be replaced. The salesman Justin recruited another employee Rishad and they installed the system Saturday. Excellent service! The right price professional team. Thanks for the great effort!

Nate Completed my repair in a timely manner and was kind enough to explain the issue with me during diagnosis. They were the second company I had come look at an issue. Both companies sited the same issue. They were able to warranty the thing to be fixed but had to charge for labor and coolant obviously. They shoot you a text when they are headed to the property with a picture of the tech which I think is awesome. The biggest difference between them and the other company was the price. RS Andrew’s quoted me almost 800 dollars less than the other company and have a better reputation than that company too. I was pleasantly surprised. I appreciate you all. Thanks

Jason is awesome! Replaced two water heaters. One was an 80 gallon heater and it was in the attic, accessible only via folding staircase! Getting it in/out was a big deal. No complaints from Jason, sweat dripping fast. I might have been able to get it done for a little less money but I couldn’t have gotten it done faster or better. Thumbs-up, Jason.

We've been using RS Andrews for our HVAC servicing for years now. We have a plan where they come out a couple times a year to service, clean, and maintain all of the equipment. They are professional and prompt, and we've had a really good experience with them every time.

Jeramy Bond did an excellent job, which is what we've come to expect from R.S. Andrews' technicians. In addition to performing the usual maintenance services Jeramy investigated and solved a problem we were having with excess humidity in our upstairs rooms.

On vacation when cat sitter called to say we had a water link under the sink. Called for plumber. It is a Sunday. The Person answering the phone very helpful and within an hour we had a plumber on the way to meet the cat sitter. The plumber was very helpful and we got the leak stopped. All done over the phone.

Coming from a different HVAC provider, the transition to RS Andrews was dramatic. No air conditioning on a 98 degree day and a single call resulted in a service call and a FIX within a couple hours. I could get used to this!! Thanks to Michelle and Jeramy for helping us out.
