Connor came on Dec 30th as an emergency. He had the right equipment! Solved our problemals. Amazing outcomes Grateful for him and RS Andrews. Top marks for all.

Great service from Jason-friendly and efficient. He was running late but called to let us know. On inspection he offered us options to fix leaking faucet-replaced by them, replaced with our purchase, or restore original, with price laid out for each option. We went with our own purchase, he waited while we went to the store. Fixed in one day.

Nate from RS Andrew's provided a second opinion on our system today and he was very professional and courteous. He explained what he was finding as the issue so I could completely understand the issue. I would highly recommend Nate and RS Andrew's.

I called after hours because of a drip from our upstairs unit. A person called early the next day and scheduled a technician. Max did a great job in repairing our A/C unit upstairs in the attic, cleaning the pan and drip pipe. He was polite and knowledgeable. Your service and tech people are the best!! We do have a service contract and so worth it!

Nate was awesome! It was an after hours call. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a few things to try before arriving to see if I could fix it on my own. I wasn’t able to so he came over. He was thorough, although he figured out the issue immediately he still went through and checked everything to make sure it was running correctly. In addition to being knowledgeable he was friendly and kind. Even threw the ball for my dog.

Jason had us all fixed up in no time. Our plumbing was clogged and it didn’t take them anytime at all to arrive and have us up and running. Everyone I dealt with was so kind and courteous. When time came to replace our old HVAC, we went back to R.S. Andrews. This time, they recommended a Lennox. It's an amazing 2-stage system, much quieter than our old Amana (which was great for its day). However, being on the bleeding edge of technology (particularly the new refrigerants) has pros and cons. The folks at R.S. Andrews put in heroes' efforts to keep us up and running, including coming back out at 9 pm the same day to deal with a recalcitrant board. And the in the fall, they came back out to adjust an installer setting that was causing an issue with the heater. I do recommend them most highly.

Nate did a great job! Be it a little late, and had a brief hiccup with a new installment payment— but overall, he is updating our record from 1 unit to the correct 2 units they installed this summer. It really is something we’ve asked to be corrected in the past, so we are appreciative that Nate is making this correction for us.

We found the crew that handled our installation of two heat pump units to be very efficient and understanding of our conditions and helped us get the unit installed and running and it is now very comfortable in our home

They were the only service I could find with emergency hours that an actual technician responds, not just an answering service telling you they can't do anything for your emergency. Matthew, our sales rep, was great to deal with. He even came out and personally fixed a thermostat issue we had, while we were away. That was above and beyond the call of duty. The T & T install team did a fine job as well, and they were really nice guys. We had 2 new high efficiency heat pumps installed: one of which is zoned. Justin came yesterday for our maintenance check. What a nice, knowledgeable young man.

Both companies sited the same issue. They were able to warranty the thing to be fixed but had to charge for labor and coolant obviously. They shoot you a text when they are headed to the property with a picture of the tech which I think is awesome. The biggest difference between them and the other company was the price. RS Andrew’s quoted me almost 800 dollars less than the other company and have a better reputation than that company too. I was pleasantly surprised. I appreciate you all. Thanks

Jason is awesome! Replaced two water heaters. One was an 80 gallon heater and it was in the attic, accessible only via folding staircase! Getting it in/out was a big deal. No complaints from Jason, sweat dripping fast. I might have been able to get it done for a little less money but I couldn’t have gotten it done faster or better. Thumbs-up, Jason.

We've been using RS Andrews for our HVAC servicing for years now. We have a plan where they come out a couple times a year to service, clean, and maintain all of the equipment. They are professional and prompt, and we've had a really good experience with them every time.
