We just had an HVAC maintenance check done by Max and even though our system is quality and only a few years old we found ways to improve it and protect the system against power fluctuations that are relatively common in this area. Service was on time and Max was very polite as well as informative. I believe we are in a better place as a result of this service and look forward to continued work with RS Andrews.

Had a problem with my toilet not flushing. Left message on RS Andrews answering machine on Sunday and got a call from them at 8 am Monday !! They were sending Connor between 10-12!!! Connor was outstanding!!! Efficient, honest, professional and identified and fixed the problem quickly. And what a wonderful young man he is! Again, RS Andrews is the best!!! (and I have had experience with all the other Plumbing businesses!!!

Justin checked the heating system and replaced filter. Very efficient and kept me updated on the service process and answered all questions I had throughly. Good job 👍
