While hanging a TV wall mount a hole was made in the water pipes in bedroom wall. Needless to say it was after hours and on Thanksgiving weekend. Connor showed up immediately and it professionally and in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend RS Andrews.

I called after hours because of a drip from our upstairs unit. A person called early the next day and scheduled a technician. Max did a great job in repairing our A/C unit upstairs in the attic, cleaning the pan and drip pipe. He was polite and knowledgeable. Your service and tech people are the best!! We do have a service contract and so worth it!

Nate was awesome! It was an after hours call. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a few things to try before arriving to see if I could fix it on my own. I wasn’t able to so he came over. He was thorough, although he figured out the issue immediately he still went through and checked everything to make sure it was running correctly. In addition to being knowledgeable he was friendly and kind. Even threw the ball for my dog.

I was so blessed to have RS Andrew’s come to my house after hours to fix my plumbing issue. This company is blessed to have Connor representing their company. He was such a well respected member of your company.

Thanks to Jason the leak was located and hopefully fixed! He worked hard to determine where the problem was and was always patient and took the time to explain everything to us.

I don't expect things ri be peanuts but things were costing what it should...change the valve stop under my sink all 3- done well for $750. Too many diy companies in Beaufort. Jason was our technician replacing a very old water heater. He was punctual, efficient finishing entire job within his initial time frame. So lucky to have found RSAndrews. Highly recommend! We have also decided after this job to use again for annual hvac service/maintaince.
