I was very happy with my air conditioner checkup. Although there were no issues I appreciated J. Bond’s honesty with his findings and I would definitely obtain and recommend RS Andrews Services for an annual ck up.

Paul always goes above and beyond to diagnose a problem and find a solution, not just slap a band aid on the problem for a temporary fix. He's the best!

Clarence was great and knowledgeable. He was the first tech in the 11 years I've owned the home to be able to immediately tell me the issue of the unbalanced air distribution of my unit and offered easy solutions and honesty.

I had the system checkup today by Clarence. He was great! He explained everything took his time and recapped anything he found that could potentially be a problem. I felt very confident he knew what he was doing. He did not try to sell me anything as my system is 8 years old and I had another company about a year ago tell me I should be looking to replace it soon. I highly recommend RS Andrew’s and if I do need a new system they will be who I call but in the mean time I will be doing all my maintenance and repair business with them.

Henry did a great job as far as I know. He fixed a problem that the guys who installed the unit over looked.5 stars

Nate did a great job and answered all of my questions. Gave me a better understanding of how the system works.

We use R.S Andrews to handle our HVAC Service needs in our 2nd home and rental properties. The service technician Clarence (CJ) was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He certainly cares about making sure the customer is happy with his service.

Marcus and his team were friendly, and extremely knowledgeable with our HVAC replacement! And I also need to give a shout out to Glenn, Michelle and the entire RS Bluffton crew because not one single encounter was less than professional and willing to do whatever they could to help us in an uneasy, first time homeowner situation! You are all awesome and we appreciate each of you for all of your hard work and dedication to your customers!

Henry was awesome! Didn’t take much time at all. He was super respectful and also suggested something to get and do to help!

Justen was polite, efficient, and very thorough, explaining everything he was doing and why. He gave us informed information to our questions about the type and age of our unit, and what will be done during our winter maintenance services.

Two technicians came, and stayed several hours, until the problem was solved. They even went back to the shop to pick up a replacement garbage disposal, which was leaking!

Five stars for excellent, fast, and honest service! The technician arrived quickly, listened to the issues I was experiencing, and diagnosed the problem right away. He then went above and beyond by saving us even more money—instead of replacing our broken part with the expensive, upgraded version that was originally there (which had features our home didn't need), he installed exactly what our system actually required. He left to get the part and finished the entire job in under two hours. I will absolutely use them again!

Mike persevered with an almost impossible project of maintaining the original faucet ,I recommend him for future jobs 😊
