Had the regular maintenance check up, believe it keeps systems running at peak efficiency and a preventive to future HVAC issues. Technition, Max and Cole were professional and knowledgeable. They were on time and and made recommendations for other services services RS Andrews offers, such as surge guard protection on AC unit.

Jeramy was great just like everybody else from Andrews, who has been to my house. He replaced some filters and did an overall system check. He also gave me an idea how to equalize the temperature better so that all areas of the house are closer to the same temperature. He was here for the a He was here for the annual system check And installed a search protector on my compressor to be on the safe side.he did a good job as always. Thanks Jeremy!

Marcus Freeman and Paul Marconi did a great job on installing our new hvac systems. they were 20+ years old and needed to be replaced. the two of them both receive top marks. it was not an easy job because they had to use a crane to get old units off up top at condo and new units up and onto roof for installation. everything went smoothly and quickly. very pleased!

Griffin was excellent came out took photos and came up with a plan to connect up some plumbing.

I had called several places that had stated 24 hour emergency service. But had nothing available until the next day when I called RS Andrews, the dispatch gave the information to jason. And within five minutes, he called, and he said that he would be able to get to my house within an hour. He was very professional, very thorough, explained everything that he was gonna do and did a wonderful job. I will be using this company from now on. With any plumbing issues that I ever have.

I have been through four HVAC repairmen in the last couple of months. The first one obviously did not know what they were doing. The second one may have diagnosed the problem correctly but he showed up at the wrong time, was rude, and did not know that the unit was still in warranty. The third guy diagnosed the wrong problem. Paid him $500. I still have the problem. The fourth person was Nate. he diagnosed the problem. He noticed that it was still in warranty......saving me $1400 (over what the second guys was going to charge). He fixed the problem. In addition, Nate was courteous, concise, and congenial, I have three HVAS units in the house. Going forward, no one is going to touch them except Nate.
