I called RS Andrews on Monday to set up an appointment to have my 6-month annual maintenance on my HVAC systems. I was able to get an appointment for 2:00 - 4:00 on Wednesday, 5 days later. Matt was very efficient polite and thorough in his evaluation of our system. He provided us good feedback on the state of our systems and gave us some ideas that we might want to consider to help proactively protect our system from future system issues repair.

Justin was very professional curtious and very knowledgeable, explained all options for the repair and price details well done

Jeff and Charlene were very responsive about the issue with an older HVAC that is under extended warranty. John F is always professional in the work he does to maintain the units and do repairs. We are glad to do be doing HVAC-related business with RS Andrews.

I had the system checkup today by Clarence. He was great! He explained everything took his time and recapped anything he found that could potentially be a problem. I felt very confident he knew what he was doing. He did not try to sell me anything as my system is 8 years old and I had another company about a year ago tell me I should be looking to replace it soon. I highly recommend RS Andrew’s and if I do need a new system they will be who I call but in the mean time I will be doing all my maintenance and repair business with them.

Michael was amazing! He went the extra mile to repair our toilet. He was professional, friendly and extra careful to keep everything clean. We’re very happy and will be asking for Michael for our next plumbing appointment. Thank you!

Nate came to diagnose why our 2 year old heat pump failed to cool and blow air. After a short time he found the issue. I asked a lot of questions and Nate offered a lot of very good information. I learned a lot about the current situation as well as things to consider in the future. He was polite and knowledgeable. Great experience even though it’s never fun when things don’t work.
