We recently engaged Paul Slifkin, a Master Plumber with R.S. Andrews in Bluffton, S.C. to inspect our home’s hot water system after lightening damage. He quickly diagnosed a complex failure across two existing tankless water heaters and seamlessly handled their removal and replacement. His approach was highly professional; he clearly explained the root cause of the failure, detailed the specifications of the new equipment, and ensured the entire installation met the highest safety and efficiency standards. We would not hesitate to hire Paul Slifkin again and give him our highest recommendation.

We switched our HVAC maintenance to Andrew’s because we were very unhappy with the installer of our new system. Justin came today. He is professional, courteous, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He found several issues, showed us photos of the problems so we wouldn’t need to go into the hot attic to see for ourselves, promptly fixed everything. Showed us photos of all the things he fixed. Explained the extra safety of adding a surge protector- which he did immediately- rather than requiring another service call. This is craftsmanship. This is the kind of service you hope for. And the cost was so much more affordable than the maintenance from our last company. Thank you Justin! Thank you Andrew’s!

Paul Slifkin from R. S. Andrews Plumbing came out to our house to camera scope our newly installed Sewage line. He was very professional, provided us with a video, he inspected every inch of the interior of our new line. He answered all of our questions and concerns, and gave us and objective assessment about the work that recently had been done. He arrived on time, was very patient and took his time. We were very pleased with the service provided and will continue doing business with RS Andrews. We highly recommend them.

The work was done very well by I have to say this your employees needs to know more about electrical safety, I’m retired from the government and I worked as a electrical engineer I never seen any safety equipment you need to supply your employees with safety equipment safety first
