Nate did a great job. Noticed a valve wasn't functioning properly and adjusted it so that it works again. After the adjustment he checked to make sure everything was still in balance.

This is the second time I’ve called RS Andrews and both times they have done a great job. This last week my heater decided to give me a hard time. I had emergency heat so they were at my home the next day. It was fixed in a little over an hour and Mr Bond explained to me what happened and how to help avoid the same issue again. He was very thorough - just as he was the last time he was here. They are very thorough and also very nice! I will continue to use them.
