I noticed carpet by hot water closet was wet. Upon inspection I found hot water tank was leaking. I called RS Andrews and they sent out Paul within two hours to see what he could do. I needed a new hot water tank and as soon as I decided what I wanted Paul started taking out the old tank and installed a new one. I couldn't believe he was able to replace the tank the same day as it was a Friday. My family and I are so grateful Paul was able to get everything replaced the same day! Paul is an excellent person and very knowledgeable in his field. Thank you Paul and RS Andrews!

Paul came out for an estimate to replace my hot water heater. He was very thorough in explaining my options and and features of each. He has a wealth of knowledge and I appreciated everything he provided.
During install he explained everything and showed me how to operate the controller and drain the tank when needed.

Justin was great. He showed up on time, checked outside AC unit and overhauled inside unit. He explained to me what he did and gave me a positive evaluation.
