Paul did a great job on fixing current problems then assessing all 3 systems for upgrades. He was very informative! It will be easy to share within our family groups. He was very knowledgeable. Really helped having your maintenance plan and being able to call for emergency help over weekend while we had family and guests there.

I called RS Andrews on Monday to set up an appointment to have my 6-month annual maintenance on my HVAC systems. I was able to get an appointment for 2:00 - 4:00 on Wednesday, 5 days later. Matt was very efficient polite and thorough in his evaluation of our system. He provided us good feedback on the state of our systems and gave us some ideas that we might want to consider to help proactively protect our system from future system issues repair.
