Great service from Jason-friendly and efficient. He was running late but called to let us know. On inspection he offered us options to fix leaking faucet-replaced by them, replaced with our purchase, or restore original, with price laid out for each option. We went with our own purchase, he waited while we went to the store. Fixed in one day.

Nate Duncan was by far the best technician we have had from RS Andrews. He was courteous, informative, and worked from the time he arrived to the time he left. He informed us of a few issues that needed addressing, which we will do. He even checked our humidifier, when other technicians never brought the condition of our humidifier up in the past. I wish all RS Andrews technicians were like Nate Duncan.
