While hanging a TV wall mount a hole was made in the water pipes in bedroom wall. Needless to say it was after hours and on Thanksgiving weekend. Connor showed up immediately and it professionally and in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend RS Andrews.

I called after hours because of a drip from our upstairs unit. A person called early the next day and scheduled a technician. Max did a great job in repairing our A/C unit upstairs in the attic, cleaning the pan and drip pipe. He was polite and knowledgeable. Your service and tech people are the best!! We do have a service contract and so worth it!

Nate was awesome! It was an after hours call. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a few things to try before arriving to see if I could fix it on my own. I wasn’t able to so he came over. He was thorough, although he figured out the issue immediately he still went through and checked everything to make sure it was running correctly. In addition to being knowledgeable he was friendly and kind. Even threw the ball for my dog.

Very pleasant and knowing what to do and upfront about what things cost. I don't expect things ri be peanuts but things were costing what it should...change the valve stop under my sink all 3- done well for $750. Too many diy companies in Beaufort. This gentlemen is a professional workman- the result are that. Michael is good 👍🏼
