He was able to resolve the stubborn toilet clog then complete a long overdue service on 3 tankless water heaters! It was my first experience with this company and I would recommend them!

Nate Duncan did a good job. I think the charges from RS Andrews are generally high, and I do not understand why this specific issue was not covered by the warranty, especially after our fall maintenance was performed only 15 days ago.

Joseph came out on a Saturday and promptly diagnosed the fan motor problem and got the part ordered. The office staff worked hard to be sure the control board came in the day promised and got Joseph back out there to install it the same day it came in. Thank you.
