Paul Marconi (Comfort Specialist) was prompt for our appointment and professional throughout the consultation for a brand new HVAC system. He was patient with me, as I had a lot of questions, and knowledgeable of the product and financing options. Nate was fantastic. I got a notification prior to his arrival, he showed up (ON TIME!!!), got my AC squared away and verified some other things going on that needed to be addressed. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I didn't get a chance to leave a review for the admin lady when I first called- but she was very friendly and professional as well. This has been a great experience all around!
